IOF soldiers detain 4 citizens, settler runs over mother and her children

RAMALLAH, — Israeli occupation forces (IOF) rounded up four Palestinian citizens in the districts of Ramallah and Qalqilia at dawn Sunday while a Jewish settler ran over a Palestinian woman and her two little daughters near Bethlehem.
Local sources said that the IOF soldiers detained a 36-year-old Palestinian woman south of Jenin city and interrogated her for two hours in an army jeep before releasing her.
Meanwhile, a Jewish settler ran over Anisa Al-Tos and her two and five years old daughters at the entrance to their village of Jaba, south of Bethlehem.
Eyewitnesses said that tension was running high in the village after news of the accident spread especially when the mother suffered serious injuries.
The IOF soldiers were deployed at the entrance to the village and in its vicinity to contain any protests.
Another settler ran over Ahmed Al-Alami, 22, slightly injuring him along the road leading to Beit Ummar village in Al-Khalil district.
