IOF troops on full alert in Jerusalem, especially around the Aqsa Mosque

OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, — Israeli occupation police announced today a state of full alert in occupied Jerusalem and are taking strict security measures in the holy city for fear of demonstrations to protest the Israeli massacre of peace activists in the sea.
The occupation police claimed that the measures were taken based on intelligence information that youth groups were planning riots in the holy city, thus they decided to allow entry to the Aqsa Mosque only to men over the age of 40 who carry the blue identity card (Jerusalem residents) while totally banning West Bank residents from reaching the mosque irrespective of their age.
The occupation police placed barricades at all gates of the old city on Thursday night to control the flow into and out of the old city.
Furthermore, the occupation police deployed tens of patrols throughout the holy city, both outside the old city and on the streets and alleyways of the old city itself.
