Jewish settlers assault Palestinian farmers, IOF troops kidnap foreign activist

Jewish settlers on Saturday assaulted Palestinian farmers and foreign sympathizers in Beit Ummar village, north of Al-Khalil, severely beating them, local sources reported.
They added that the farmers were trying to reach their fields adjacent to Beit Ayan settlement when the settlers attacked them under the very eyes of the Israeli occupation forces, who provided protection for the settlers.
The IOF soldiers kidnapped Fahad Salibi, 55, after the settlers beat him up along with an American woman who came to assist the farmers.
In other areas in the West Bank, IOF troops on Sunday arrested a young man from Ni”lin village, northwest of Ramallah.
The Israeli radio said that the youth was inciting the village inhabitants against the IOF soldiers during the peaceful marches against the racist, separation wall.
IOF soldiers last night stormed two Jenin district villages and ransacked a house looking for a youth wanted for interrogation but did not find him and told his father that his son should turn himself in.
