Katatny Urges Businessmen to Invest in Egypt
Freedom and Justice Party, (FJP) Secretary General Dr. Saad Katatny, called on businessman in the region and worldwide to begin investing in Egypt and help rebuild and develop it after the revolution.
Addressing businessmen in a press release Thursday, Katatny stressed that things have changed following the January 25 revolution and the atmosphere in Egypt is promising and encouraging. Business is necessary to develop the economic sector which was one of the goals of the revolution, following years of theft and corruption by the former regime.
"Investing in Egypt will help raise the economic status of Egypt and improve the lives of many,” he added.
Katatny called for limiting regulations and restrictions for foreign investors in Egypt in a bid to encourage businessmen in the West and Europe to start investing in Egypt, describing the atmosphere as safe, contrary to circulating rumors.
