More Detentions in Dakahlia

The state security forces continue their sweeps of arrests in the governorate of Dakahlia, arresting a number of supporters of the Muslim Brotherhood candidate for the constituency of Talkha, Abdul Mohsen Qamhawi .
 
The state security forces arrested on Friday evening in the district of Belqas, Dakahlia a number of supporters of the Muslim Brotherhood candidate for the constituency of Talkha, Abdul Mohsen Qamhawi .
 
These forces raided houses of some Muslim Brotherhood supporters of the candidate in the district of Belqas, detaining two:
Ahmed Abdul Raouf Hanafi, a principal of an industrial school in Belqas and member of the Teachers’ Syndicate and a father of three children, the biggest a student in the Faculty of Medicine and the youngest a prep school student.
 
The State Security Police attempted to exercise pressures, a month ago, to transfer him from the industrial school to an administrative job in the technical instruction section.
The other detainee is Ahmed Al-Sayyed Abdul Magid Shalabi, 37 years, a Commerce diploma, and a merchant from the village of Al Smahia Al-Kubra , district of Belqas.
 
The forces raided two other houses but couldn’t detain the owners because they were out:
Yasser Al-Sayyed Hussein Abu Raya, 37 years, an employee in the Taxation Authority in Belqas. He is from the village of Al Smahia Al-Kubra . When the forces didn’t find him, they seized his work files in addition to some books from his library.
 
The second was: Fatimy Al Rafie Ahmed, from the village of Al Qannan , When they did not find him in the house, they searched and disheveled the contents of the house and seized some booklets .
 
Accompanied by the mayor of the village of Al Qannan, another force from Belqas police station removed on Friday all election signs and boards of the Muslim Brotherhood candidate for the district of Talkha, Abdul Mohsen Qamhawi.
 
 
It is worth mentioning that a week ago, the security forces from the district of Belqas arrested two brothers from the village of Al-Ma’sara : Ahmed Farouk Sharaf and Hassan Farouk Sharaf. The prosecution ordered them jailed for 15 days pending trial on charge of belonging to an outlawed group.
 
In the district of Shirbin, the security forces arrested on Friday ate night, two MB members from Bandar Shirbin: Mohamed Al Zamoukh, Arabic language teacher and Mohamed Allaam, businessman
And raided the houses of (but didn’t find or arrest them):
Mohamed Al Bastawisi, engineer
Asaad Al Hadidi, a teacher at Al-Azhar- from village of Kafr Al-Sheikh Atiya
Mohamadein Mohamed Ahmed, philosophy instructor in the educational administration of Shirbin
Mostafa Mutaweh, Local Council employee, from the village of Kafr Al-Tirea Al-Qadima
Dr. Mohamed Zakariya, internal, cardiac physician at the general hospital of Shirbin , from the village of Abou Zaher ,
Sheikh Mahmoud Nimatulllah, imam and preacher at the ministry of endowments, Yasser Nazih, a teacher, from the village of Ahmediya
Eng. Al Sayyed Hamed Al Baklh, projects manager in Gemsa
Eng. Hamed Abdul Mueti Howaidi, an engineer at the agricultural administration in Shirbin, from the village of Bisat Karimul Deen ,
Dr. Tamer Saleh Al-Gindi, otolaryngologist in Shirbin
Ahdi Al-Alfy, prep. school principal, from the village of Al Awadiya .
 
The raids took place in a barbaric way. The forces searched the houses, disheveled the furniture and intimidated the children, and seized a group of books and computers in addition to violating sanctities of the houses. The stole 10800 pounds from the house of Dr. Mahmoud Abdul Moneim Khalifa while arresting him.
 
Police guards in the village of Bisat Karimul Deen removed election signs and posters related to the Muslim Brotherhood candidate for the constituency of Talkha.
 
In the district of Talkha, the security forces raided the houses of supporters of the Muslim Brotherhood candidate:
Saad Mahmoud, from village of Mit Antar
Dr. Mostafa Shalabi, from the village of Nabarouh
Al Sayyed Mohamed Al Sayyed from the village of Bahut
but they could not arrest them because they weren’t in their houses at that time.
