Morsy calls on media to concentrate reports on Regime’s corruptions and scandals

Dr. Mohamed Morsi, Press Spokesman for the MB movement, extended his appreciation and thanks to the media and press who troubled themselves enough to report information on the recent incidents concerning the arrested senior members of the MB movement. Although he welcomed their efforts he underscored the fact that all the detained members of the movement were equal in fact all the Egyptian citizens were equal and deserved to be treated on equal footing and with equal respect

He called on reporters to continue their distinguished endeavors in disclosing accurate reports of the continued corruption and scandals taking place within the regime. He urged the press to publish the unjust measures in which the ruling party abuses its authority using state security agents and its apparatus to continue hauling innocent members of society and detaining them indefinitely in prisons. In his statement to “Ikhwanweb” Morsi ascertained that “it is without doubt that the regime has lost control and has lost sight of its priorities caring only for the benefit of a numbered few. Unemployment numbers have escalated deterioration in education, poverty has increased and public services have diminished to name just a few. All this serves only the Israeli entity”. He added the MB movement will not be deterred by the animosity practiced by the regime through its unjust arrests and it will continue to call for peaceful reform and participate in all possible elections be that Shura, parliamentary, trade union or student body. The MB have a cause and they will continue following with Patience and perseverance through which difficulties disappear and obstacles vanish.
