MP Khudari warns: Gaza to plunge into darkness anew within few hours
The chairman of the popular anti-siege committee MP Jamal Al-Khudari has warned that the Gaza strip would plunge anew into darkness within the few coming hours after Israel decided to halt further fuel shipments.
Khudari said in a press release on Wednesday that the Gaza electricity generation station would stop functioning by Thursday morning, describing the Israeli decision as in violation of all international doctrines other than the Israeli higher court that refused imposing restriction on supplying Gaza with electricity.
He called for ending such policy that tampers with the life and health of thousands of patients and citizens, calling it “mass punishment”.
The MP urged all international, legal organizations to immediately intervene against the IOA practices, and called for continuing the world protests until life is returned to normalcy in Gaza.
