Muslim Brotherhood defense lawyers work hard filing appeals, contesting orders and challenging decisions against the innocent.
The defense team for the Muslim Brotherhood movement has filed appeals challenging the verdict to rearrest the 6 remaining members in case 4916 of 2009 known in the media as the “Faris Barakat case”.
A date has been set for Sunday 26 September to look into the appeal by the Criminal court, not all detainees are included. Detainees are in Borg El Arab Prison namely:

In a related issue 7 of the movements’ detainees have received release orders from Kafr Eldawar Criminal Court while Adel Abdul Wahab Margy who was arrested on August 21 after forces raided his house has received a 45 day renewed detention order. Those with release orders include:
