Muslim Brotherhood Guidance Bureau Meeting Discusses June 21 Million-Man March
The Muslim Brotherhood’s Guidance Bureau held a wide-circle meeting Wednesday at its headquarters in Mokattam with members of the Gamaa Islamiya (Islamic Group)’s Shura Council.
The meeting discussed the final arrangements for the million-man mass rally intended for Friday, June 21 and organized by various Islamist parties outside the Rabaa Al-Adaweya Mosque in Nasr City.
Leaders of the two parties also discussed patriotic endeavors to close ranks, especially in the current phase, in order to achieve stability, security and development throughout the country and to face up to the counter-revolution.
Representing the Gamaa Islamiya in the meeting were Dr. Essam Derbala, Dr. Tarek Al-Zomar, Dr. Safwat Abdel-Ghani, Sheikh Mohamed Shawki Islambouli and Mustafa Hamza.
Representing the Muslim Brotherhood in the meeting, were members of the group’s Guidance Bureau, led by its Chairman and General Guide Dr. Mohamed Badie.
