North Cairo Court Released Five MB From Monufyia
North Cairo Court released five Muslim Brotherhood affiliates from governorate of Monufyia on Monday November 3rd.
The released are Sami Abdul Qadir, Rashid Mohamed, Hani Musaad, Emad Musaad, and Mohamed Abdurrahman. They remained in prison for almost four months.
Once they had been captured, they were referred to prosecution on charges of joining an outlawed Brotherhood. They were afterwards ordered detained and imprisoned at Wadi El Natroun.
Detainees” defense filed a petition for their release. After approving the release and appointing a session for its discussion before South Cairo Court which ordered them released; the Interior Ministry challenged the release decision; however North Cairo Court ignored the challenge and ordered them released.
