Notification of release for health reasons of Dr.Abul-Fotouh and his companions
The Liberties Committee of the Egyptian Lawyers” Syndicate submitted today, a written notification to the Attorney-General insisting on the release of Dr. Abdel Moneim Abul Fotouh, Member of the Executive Bureau of the Muslim Brotherhood, and Secretary-General of the Arab Doctors Union and his companions who were detained in Case No. 404 for 2009 State Security in the renowned case known in the media as “The international network of the Muslim Brotherhood.
On another note, MB lawyer Gamal Tageddin, former member of the syndicate council is elected to head the Liberties Committee after a stormy meeting in which there were no compromises with committee members.
In his statement to Ikhwanweb, Tageddin ascertained that a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Syndicate Liberty’s Committee will be held this week to put all scenarios needed to debate the violation of the freedom of the Egyptians.
