Online drive to promote MB’s 7 demands for reform petition

Internet activists launched an online campaign on the electronic social networking website “Facebook” to motivate the “seven demands for change” petition launched by the Muslim Brotherhood Chairman Dr. Mohamed Badie which has collected 250,000 signatures through the group’s site tawkatonline.
The campaign which was named “10th of Ramadan campaign for change” has organized numerous events to promote the MB and NAC’s online petition calling for change including the hoisting of the Egyptian flag for 7 consecutive days in Egypt’s cities, constituencies and villages beginning August 13, in addition to launching a SMS campaign also to continue for a week.
The Activists explained that they were Egypt ‘s youths from all political opposition parties, movements and trends sharing one major interest which is to work towards the progress and boost of Egypt and its reform. The youths ascertained that they are not a substitute for others, but an integral part of the country’s development.
