Palestinians of 1948 protest Israeli arbitrary practices against them

HAIFA, Hundreds of Palestinians in the 1948 occupied lands participated in a protest organized Monday evening in Haifa city to condemn the political arrests and the arbitrary actions taking place against Arab national figures and institutions inside Israel.

The protesters waved Palestinian flags and banners condemning Israel’s policies and calling for releasing all political prisoners.

The committee for the defense of freedoms, which is affiliated with the higher committee for the 1948 Palestinians, held an emergency meeting last Thursday to discuss the repressive measures used lately by Israel against Arab citizens.
