This action was basically brought after the broadcast of this CD on Al Jazeerah Channel and its coverage in Sawtul Ummah newspaper. The CD indicates the torture and sexual assault against Seham Mamdouh Mohamed depending on a report issued by the EHRO.

The officer brought defamation action against them after the broadcast of this CD during Waraa El Shams (Behind the Sun) TV Show indicating his torture and imprisonment of Seham without any legal reason.
