President Morsi Defense Source: New Farcical Lawsuit Fabricated, Politicized

President Mohamed Morsi’s legal defense team said the referral of the country’s legitimate President to a new farcical trial is further confirmation the whole affair is a political vendetta par excellence.

Earlier, the traitorous military junta’s Public Prosecutor referred President Mohamed Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood leader, Presidential Secretary Amin Sirefi, as well as 8 others to criminal prosecution, for their alleged involvement in the smuggling of documents affecting Egypt’s national security to the State of Qatar.

The legal defense source said: "The military junta failed to prove its charges against the President and now resorts to desperate attempts to demonize him, with no avail".

President Morsi faces a list of trumped-up charges, including escape from a prison in the north of Egypt during the January 25 (2011) Revolution, before he became the President of the Republic.
