Murad Ali, Freedom and Justice Party (FJP) media adviser, said the presidency did ask the so-called National Salvation Front and other opposition parties and groups for their nominations for governors across Egypt, but they refused to cooperate just as tenaciously as they refused dialogue. Murad Ali then called on the opposition to provide reasons for their rejection of the new governors.

"ElBaradei and Sabbahi met with Rebel movement leaders and discussed what they’d do after June 30. As stated by the spokesman for the Rebel campaign, they agreed that there will be a constitutional declaration to allow the President of the Constitutional Court to assume power in Egypt and that a transitional government of 15 ministers would then be formed.

"There is information about an arrangement among certain former MPs and Mubarak’s National Party thugs to cause violence and mayhem in June 30 demonstrations."
