Pro-Democracy National Alliance Calls ‘Complete Our Revolution, Liberate Our Aqsa’ Protest Week

The treacherous crimes committed by Zionist-occupation forces against Al-Aqsa Mosque are the natural extension of the crimes committed by the traitorous Sisi regime against Egypt’s mosques and people, and an extension of Bashar’s crimes against the Syrian people.

The revolutions of freedom and dignity are one and the same, though they rise in different capitals. Counter-revolutions are also one and the same, and they are united with the Zionist enemy, as they together use repression against the peoples, and violate all sanctities.

The Zionist-occupation regime would not have tried to divide Al-Aqsa Mosque compound into sections and time segments, imposing the situation as a fait accompli, if it wasn’t certain there would be no effective reaction from the neighbors it ‘domesticated’ – secured their loyalty.

However, Israeli occupation authorities are mistaken if they imagine Arab and Muslim peoples are out of the equation. In spite of the challenges they are going through, the revolutions in Egypt and other Arab countries never forgot the Aqsa Mosque issue, not for a single moment. They never will. The men and women of the Arab revolutions realize that standing in full solidarity with Al-Aqsa is the duty of every Muslim, every Egyptian and every Arab.

For its part, the Anti-Coup, Pro-Legitimacy National Alliance calls a new revolutionary week titled "Complete our Revolution, Liberate our Aqsa". The Alliance also calls for a rally in Al-Azhar Mosque, to demonstrate in support of Al-Aqsa.

The Revolution seeks to establish the State of Justice and to demolish the State of injustice, corruption, tyranny and rampant banditry protected by some, despite deceptive maneuvers in the shape of sham trials for some corrupt officials that may well come to nothing.

The Revolution seeks to build the State of freedom and independence, to replace the State of oppression and subordination ruled by Sisi and his gang. The Revolution has not and will not be a self-serving movement. It will always reach out to free men and women, especially in Palestine and Jerusalem.

The men and women of our Revolution will not rest or relent until they liberate Al-Aqsa Mosque. We call on all protesters to carry Al-Aqsa posters in their demonstrations and protest activities. We pray to God to hasten the victory of loyal revolutionaries, to free our unjustly detained brothers and sisters in junta jails, and bring them back to their families safely and victorious.

We assure that the Egyptian Revolution will ultimately triumph, with God’s help, and with the good endeavors of its loyal men and women, with its patriotic people yearning for freedom and dignity, its students, youths, workers and farmers – who make great history every day with their peaceful resistance and their epic steadfastness.
