Qaradawi Denounces Decree Calling for Boycott of “United Nations”
President of the International Association of Muslim Scholars, Dr. Yusuf al-Qaradawi, opposed the call by Sheik Mubaraki from Saudi Arabia to boycott the United Nations.
During the weekly Al-Jazeera program “Sharia and Life” Qaradawi argued that it was necessary for Muslims to interact and adapt to the current age of globalization and to modernize Islamic-oriented nations.

He ended his statement emphasizing the significance of establishing modern Islamic discourse
