Release Orders for Three MBs, Rejecting Grievances of Others

Al Zaqaziq court ordered on Monday the release of three MBs from the Nile Delta governorate of Al Sharqeyya after three months in jail.

The State Security Investigations (SSI) had arrested them last August 15. They were referred to the prosecutor, who accused them of affiliation to a banned group, and revitalizing the movement’s activities. So they were detained for 15 days.

The detainees were referred to the prosecutor again, who decided to release them, but the decision was not implemented, and an arrest order was decided after few days. They were sent to Wadi Al Natron jail, until they were ordered released on Monday.

They are: Badr Ul Deen Hemeda, Samir Mohamed Suleiman and Nasr Radwan Magli.

Meanwhile, South Cairo Court rejected at the same day a grievance filed by Amr Abd Rabbuh (Al Mansura) and Abdul-Lateef Abdul-Fattah (Kafr Al Sheikh), thus keeping them in detention for another month.
