Six martyrs in Gaza to coincide with Abbas – Olmert meeting

Six Palestinian resistance fighters were killed on Thursday, three of them in an Israeli aerial attack and the other three while confronting invading forces in Abasan in Khan Younis.

An Israeli drone assassinated a resistance commander affiliated with the Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad movement. Another was wounded in the attack which took place in the central Gaza Strip.

Another two Quds Brigades fighters were killed when Israeli airforce targeted their car which was travelling on Salahuddin road in the central Gaza Strip, a third was wounded in the attack.

Meanwhile, in the southern Gaza Strip district of Khan Younis, in Abasan Palestinian resistance fighters clashed with invading IOF troops resulting in the death of three Palestinian fighters, one of them affiliated with the Qassam Brigades of Hamas and the other two affiliated with the Quds Brigades of the Islamc Jihad.

The IOF did not talk of any casualties amongst the occupation soldiers, but eyewitnesses who saw the clashes believe that there were casualties amongst them.
