Syrians Attack Embassies Demanding Syrian Regime be Removed following Horrific Massacres

The city of Homs in Syria witnessed Friday, a bloody attack where over 260 citizens were killed on the anniversary of the city’s massacre triggering angry protests Saturday by Syrians at Syrian embassies around the world, including in Egypt, Tokyo, Istanbul Tripoli, and Amman demanding Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad and his regime be removed. Police in New York also dispersed angry Syrian crowds both pro and anti Al-Assad away from the U.N. building.
Tunisian president Munsef Al-Marzouky, announced Saturday the launch of procedures for the expulsion of the Syrian ambassador in Tunisia and the withdrawal of all recognition of the regime in power in Damascus.
Moaz Mohamed co-cordinator of the Syrian Revolution in Egypt stated that the Egyptian authorities arrested 13 Syrians after the embassy was stormed. "Those arrested will be brought before prosecutors Saturday evening despite having nothing to do with the storming of the embassy", he stressed.
In a statement to Ikhwanweb he added: "Embassies were attacked following the horrific massacres by Al-Assad’s regime in Syria".
He called on the Arab League to move effectively and save the isolated Syrian people from the Syrian regime and their slaughtering. "I pray that the League follows Tunisia’s lead and also severs ties with Syria.
He observed: "The Syrians have held true to their vows of peaceful protesting and divisions within the Syrian army is now evident, in turn it (the army) will inevitably turn on Al-Assad rendering him the true loser in the long run".
