Tadamun: Palestinian prisoner taken to interrogation center
NABLUS, — Palestinian prisoner Nidal Al-Surkaji has been moved from the Hadarim jail to Petah Tikwa interrogation center, a lawyer for the international Tadamun society for human rights said on Sunday.
The lawyer quoted Surkaji as saying that soldiers of the Israeli prison service known as the Shabas took him at dawn from his prison cell to Petah Tikwa.
The lawyer noted that Surkaji, 31, is from Nablus and is serving a life sentence for attempting a human bombing attack on 6/2/2002, adding that his detention in Petah Tikwa was extended for ten days.
