The ’Black List’ of Fraud-involved Judges in Parliamentary Polls

 
The Bar Association is about to release a list of the involved monitoring judges and police officers in frauds of the parliamentary election. Learnt sources said that the list will contain Counselor Muhammad el-Namer, the president of the Election General Commission of Bandar el-Zaqaziq City. He was charged with ballot fraud for the favor of the National Democratic Party’s nominee, Khaled Zerdiq.
 
Counselor Muhammad el-Faqy, the head of the Election General Commission of el-Doky constituency, is also listed. It is said that the constituency witnessed ballot-rigging for the favor of the NDP’s candidate, Amal Othman, against the Muslim Brotherhood’s nominee, Hazem Abu Ismail who was leading in the course of vote count.  
 
Counselor Ahmed Abdel Satar, the president of the Election General Commission of Damanhore City will top the list. He is involved in ballot forgery for the favor of Mustafa el-Feqy, the Chairman of the Foreign Affaires Committee in the outgoing parliament against the Muslim Brotherhood’s heavyweight, Gamal Heshmate.
 
The list, in addition, will include the Counselor Muhammad Abdel Hady, the head of the Election General Commission of Kerdasa constituency, who is charged with fraud against the MB’s nominee, Abdel Salaam Bashandy.
 
Counselor Rada Mekauil, the president of the Election General Commission of Bandar Demitta, will be among the list for he was involved in causing the defeat of the MB’s nominee, Saber Abdel Sadiq. Protesting this ballot rigging, monitoring judges staged a sit-in in the commission.
 
Counselor Essam el-Monofy, the head of the Election General Commission of Hadeeq el-Qoba constituency, will appear on the list. He deliberately forged the outcome for the favor of the NDP’s candidate while newspapers have previously announced the MB’s nominee victor.
 
Counselor Magdy Morsy, the president of the election General Commission of Abu Hamad constituency, will be among the list. He on purpose forged the ballot for the favor of the NDP’s candidate under the auspicious of el-Shrqia governor.
 
The sources added that the Bar Association intents to refer a list of involved judges and police officers to the General Attorney to investigate with them. It also will exclude them from the Bar for their improper demeanor.
