The “Muslim Brotherhood” group in Egypt negates the validity of the claims of electing a new Acting General Guide.
The “Muslim Brotherhood” group in #Egypt denies the validity of the claims published today by some media outlets regarding the election of Dr. #Salah_Abdulhaq as Acting General Guide.
The group confirms that this news is false and that the pages in which it was published do not represent the ‘Brotherhood’ in Egypt in any capacity.
The group also affirms that the renewed attempts to create entities parallel to the official institutions of the “Muslim Brotherhood” group, or to designate people with alleged tasks and names far from the legitimate institutions of the group under various pretexts, will not impose a ‘fait accompli’ and will not work, as the group has a General Shura Council inside Egypt and abroad, which has already elected Dr. #Mahmoud_Hussein as Acting General Guide of the “Muslim Brotherhood” group, who formed a new administrative body in December of 2022, and all of this is purely an Egyptian matter that was fulfilled in accordance with the approved rules and regulations of the group. The group stresses that it will continue on its path without regard for any attempts that seek to impede it or create confusion in its ranks.
Allah is The Greatest and all praise is due to Him.
Hassan Saleh, the media spokesperson for the“Muslim Brotherhood” group, Sunday 26 Sha’baan 1444 AH, corresponding to March 19, 2023 CE.
