The Administrative Judicial Court headed by Justice Mohammed Ateyya has postponed two appeals to stay the execution of the decision to prevent three doctors from travelling to the session of 30 June to review the documentations and responses.
Dr. Hamdi Essayed (Head of Doctors) has appealed against the Minister of Interior to stop the implementation of the negative decision to prevent Dr. Essam Alary (treasurer and member of the Medical Union‘s board), Dr. Ahmed Omar Moslem (member of the Medical Union’s Board) and Dr. Abdel Fattah Rizq (Coordinator of the Committee of Medical Sub-Unions) from travelling to attend the Arab International Forum, which was scheduled to be held in November 2008 in Damascus-Syria.
He demanded, in the appeal, a compensation for the damages caused.
Dr. Essam Alaryan appealed against the Minister of Interior on the decision to prevent him personally from travelling and demanded compensation too.
Meanwhile, the Administrative Judiciary Court in the State Council had decided on 14th April2009 to stop the implementation of this negative decision to prevent Dr. Essam Alaryan from travelling and ordered the execution of the decision without declaration following the appeal submitted by Dr. Essam against Minister of Interior and Manager of the Travel and Migration Department before the Administrative Judiciary Court, as he demanded the non-implementation of the decision urgently and stressed on his right to travel whenever he wants and to have his name removed from the travel ban list and to allow him to travel to Sudan in order to attend the meeting of the Arab National Congress.
