Two children injured in attacks by Israeli settlers in Al-Khalil
AL-KHALIL, — A Palestinian girl was severely beaten during a series of attacks by Israeli settlers on Palestinian homes in Al-Khalil.
Local sources told the PIC that an Israeli settler assaulted Enas Mazin Qa’qour, 10, while near her family’s house in the Tel al-Rumaida district. She was later taken to Al-Khalil hospital for treatment.
The settlers guarded by Israeli troops attacked other Palestinian homes near the Kiryat Arba settlement, breaking windows and verbally abusing locals.
In a similar incident, Samih Yaqoub al-Natsha, 8, was admitted into the Al-Khalil hospital for treatment after sustaining minor bruises after he was hit by an Israeli military vehicle in Old City, Al-Khalil.
Israeli forces have recently boosted attacks in the Old City section of the occupied city of Al-Khalil.
