What part of the word release don’t the security understand!!??
State security forces continued detaining Dr Osama Nasr and his companions for the fifth consecutive day since their transfer on Wednesday from Mahkoom prison. This is in defiance of the orders issued by the courts. In fact they have received three release orders but to no avail.
These delays have resulted in nothing but the resentment and dissatisfaction of the families of detainees as they called for the necessity of the Ministry of Interior’s compliance with the provisions of the judiciary in regards to the immediate release of detainees.
Eng. Maha Abul Ezz, wife of Dr. Hossam Abu Bakr from East Cairo MBs, stated "I feel like we are living under the mercy of a gang that continually challenges the provisions of the judiciary!" She insisted there be trial challenging the Minister of Interior and all the officials responsible for violating judicial provisions.
She added "Don’t those who issue unjust verdicts understand there are mothers, wives and children yearning for the release of their family members? Aren’t three months of unjustified detention enough for the regime? Court rulings have ordered their release
Why are they being detained until now"?
